This page explains how consumers may exercise a statutory right of withdrawal from an eligible contract concluded online with WayGenAI.
This information should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, particularly Section 9 concerning the right of withdrawal and its effects.
Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which the contract was concluded. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period has expired.
Legal exceptions or limitations may apply in certain circumstances, including where the performance of a digital service has begun during the withdrawal period at your express request. Any request will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and our Terms and Conditions.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide WayGenAI with a clear and unequivocal statement confirming your decision to withdraw from the relevant contract.

Please include the following information so that we can identify your account and the relevant contract:
- Your full name;
- The email address associated with your WayGenAI account;
- The subscription, plan, invoice, payment, or transaction concerned;
- The approximate date on which the contract was concluded or the payment was made;
- A clear statement confirming that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
You are not required to provide a reason for exercising a valid statutory right of withdrawal.
Confirmation of Receipt
After your withdrawal request has been submitted, WayGenAI will acknowledge receipt by email without undue delay.
The acknowledgement confirms that your request has been received. It does not by itself confirm that the request is eligible for withdrawal or reimbursement. Eligibility will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.
Effects of Withdrawal
If your withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse the payments covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and, where legally required, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
The reimbursement will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed with you. WayGenAI will not charge you a fee for receiving an eligible reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service provided before you communicated your decision to withdraw, where permitted by applicable law.
Payments Processed by Stripe
Payments for WayGenAI subscriptions and other paid services are securely processed by Stripe, an independent third-party payment service provider.
Stripe processes payment transactions on behalf of WayGenAI. However, your contract for the WayGenAI service is concluded with Dmytro Koval, Unipessoal Lda, not with Stripe. Withdrawal requests concerning WayGenAI services must therefore be submitted directly to WayGenAI.
Where a reimbursement is due, it will normally be returned through Stripe to the payment method used for the original transaction. The time required for the refunded amount to appear may depend on Stripe, your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.
Withdrawal and Subscription Cancellation
A statutory withdrawal request is different from cancelling the automatic renewal of a subscription.
You may cancel future subscription renewals through your WayGenAI account by opening Plan & Usage, selecting Manage Billing, and following the instructions in the secure Stripe Billing Portal.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically constitute a withdrawal from the original contract or create a right to reimbursement for payments already made.
To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you must separately submit a clear withdrawal request using the process described on this page.
