Currently, you can’t edit a route directly inside WayGenAI. You can either create a new route from scratch or open the provided link in an external navigation app (available for each route) and edit it there.

Abstract points are locations described by a concept rather than an exact address — for example, “a quiet beach with few people” or “a viewpoint over the valley.” WayGenAI uses AI to find real-world spots that match your description.

A “complex route” is considered the benchmark case, utilizing the full extent of heavy computational processing and third-party integrations. It includes the maximum possible number of intermediate waypoints (consisting entirely of abstract waypoints), additional special constraints or trip styles, and a final destination defined as a POI with layered filtering. These routes typically require multiple passes of AI reasoning and significantly more processing time. In practice, typical user routes almost never approach this benchmark level of complexity.

This refers to how many different route options WayGenAI creates for a single request. More variations mean more options to choose from, but also increase generation time.

A simple route is a straightforward trip from a starting point to a destination, with minimal waypoints, no abstract destinations, and standard trip style settings.

The generation time depends on the complexity of your route — the number of waypoints, abstract points, abstract destinations, POIs with optional filters, total variations per generation, and selected trip style. More details require more processing time.

If your request matches too many possible locations, the AI will ask you to select specific points in a suggested order to ensure the route is as accurate and personalized as possible.

We have limited resources and computing power for route generation. This is determined by the number of available System Capacity for parallel route generation. You can check their maximum number and availability on the System Status.

Yes, you can request deletion of your account at any time from the My Account page. Once you confirm deletion, your personal data will no longer be used or processed, in full compliance with GDPR and privacy regulations. After deletion, your account will be deactivated, and all services will stop immediately.

If you change your mind, you can restore your account:

• For accounts created via email/password — from the Restore Account page.
• For accounts connected via Google, Facebook, etc. — simply sign in again with the same provider to automatically restore it (within the allowed window).

Current credits represent the actual amount of funds allocated exclusively for you and your route generations, after all necessary deductions (fees, energy margin, etc.). While the displayed number may look lower than the subscription price, it is structured so that your credits fully cover the value of your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by going to your account dashboard. In the Plan & Usage section, use the Manage Billing button — this will redirect you to Stripe’s billing portal, where you can manage or cancel your subscription.
